In January-July of 2017, the share of exports of Belarusian goods to Russia made 45.3% (in 2016 – 46.2%). At the same time this indicator is achieved at the expense of only several groups of intermediate goods, which are not delivered to Russia (oil, fertilizers, timber). For the majority of consumer goods, and for many intermediate and investment goods, the share of exports to Russia exceeds 80%. In this situation, despite the revival of exports, the vulnerability of the Belarusian economy to the situation in the Russian economy remains.
